Originally built in 1922, this iconic Napier heritage building remained standing through the catastrophic 1931 earthquake and has undergone strengthening works along with partial renovations over the years.
TW Property undertook a complete refurbishment, maintaining the building’s Heritage features whilst creating a modern, functional office space over two levels, including the addition of a sun-soaked open air veranda.
Our team won an award for the refurbishment of the building, presented by Mayor Kirsten Wise on behalf of the Art Deco Trust.
