A major new retail development is underway in Flaxmere, with TW Group delivering a modern, full-service Woolworths supermarket.
The 3,460m² supermarket will include an additional retail tenancy and 171 customer car parks, strategically located behind the existing Flaxmere shopping precinct. Designed with both performance and community in mind, the build features high-quality finishes, a spacious mezzanine, and pre-cast concrete panels with patterns inspired by the local area.
Led by TW Property and delivered by TW Construction, the project showcases TW Group’s vertically integrated model, spanning land acquisition, development, design, construction, and finishing trades. Early contractor involvement and close collaboration across in-house teams have enabled an efficient build programme, with completion scheduled for mid-2026.
