This project, overseen by TW Property in collaboration with our group businesses, encompasses a residential 5-lot subdivision. TW Group took charge of every phase, beginning from the acquisition of land and continuing seamlessly through the construction process until the final handover.
Located on busy thoroughfare road in Hastings, this project required meticulous traffic management and temporary fencing to ensure safety and efficiency on-site and for the wider community.
