This commercial project for client BNZ Napier involved the refurbishment of a historical Art Deco building into a modern office and retail space.
Throughout the project, our focus extended beyond preserving Napier’s Art Deco heritage but to create a contemporary, dynamic workspace reflecting modern needs. Our team skilfully executed the lighting design and electrical installations, ensuring seamless connections for ATM machines and self-service spaces. This encompassed the integration of LED recess lighting, neon signage, and pendant features.
Furthermore, our plumbing team provided new state-of-the-art bathrooms designed to complement the modern functionality of the space. The incorporation of purpose-built meeting rooms and the creation of functional office spaces were enhanced by the attention to detail of our painting and masonry experts.
