This social housing development for Kāinga Ora consisted of seven standalone and duplex two-bedroom units for local Hawke’s Bay families. Several of our TW Group trade businesses worked together to deliver this development to high quality standards and meet all healthy home requirements.
A stormwater retention pond was included in the development to prevent flooding in high rainfall. Alongside this, each unit has small retention tanks for run off rainwater, to further reduce pressure on the public system.
