Working with our partners NZ Housing Group, we helped to provide the local Gisborne community with 31 new duplex and standalone homes comprising four one-bedrooms, seventeen two-bedrooms and ten three-bedrooms.
After completing the initial design, consent, and subdivision process, TW Group project managed the construction of the development through a fully integrated TW Group delivery solution involving TW Construction, TW Property and all our sub-trade businesses.
This project has provided us with the opportunity to hire numerous local labourers and as part of our social responsibility initiative, we’ve offered apprenticeship opportunities within our TW team to several of these individuals. This step not only equips them with valuable skills and career prospects but also contributes to strengthening the local workforce within Gisborne.
