Kelly has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years. Honest, hardworking and always striving for high-performance outcomes is what led Kelly to be Regional Manager in Hawke’s Bay. Kelly has proven senior leadership experience including having held operations management and project management positions within the construction industry for many years. In a lead by example principle, Kelly takes pride in his ability to get the best out of his team and ensure they complete projects on time, safely and to high quality standards. With relevant health and safety experience in previous roles also ensures the safety of his team, while getting the best result.
